Pet Policy

The Kiln allows up to two pets per apartment and no weight limit. There are monthly fees for cats and dogs to reside on site as well as breed restrictions for dogs.

  • Restricted Breeds

    Unacceptable breeds of dogs include, but are not limited to:


    Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Great Danes, Mastiff breeds, Cane Corso, Pit Bulls (American Stafford Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, American Bull Dogs), Rottweilers, Wolf hybrids, or any mix of breeds listed above.
